what is the difference between a headshot session anD a BRANDING SESSION?ANSWER:
For most of us, a “headshot photo session” is as unwanted as a trip to the dentist. For that reason, mine are a bit different. Including professional makeup to make you look your best and feel pampered is worth the first hour of your time. The second allows for three wardrobe changes, featuring multiple poses and looks. This offers you the most variety available to take home the photos you love to post and use. You receive two final images with my Signature Retouching applied. This session is ideal for those who require a traditional “Headshot” but are seeking a session that offers more variety and a more personal and connective look in their photographs.
By contrast, a branding session offers a more personalized and expansive way to provide you with vibrant, contemporary marketing portraits. This session covers everything you are in your communications, business, products, and branding identity. Your photos show what it’s like to enter “your world”, with images that are meant to increase the “know, like, and trust factor” to make you money. It offers professional hair and makeup artistry, natural guided posing, and wardrobe, background, and/or location changes.
There is a great deal of variety in what’s possible for you within a branding session, which is reflected in the results of your photographs. We dedicate the time and structure to produce the relaxed and comfortable images that showcase you at your best.

Each branding session includes:
• A detailed pre-shoot questionnaire to hone in on your branding style and what you are looking to create.
•, A Planning Session, where we think through and design your photoshoot to make sure that we are capturing all that you need for your upcoming promotions. We go over what the day entails, precisely what to expect, as well as wardrobe do's and don’ts.
• The Photo Session itself, which starts with professional hair and make up artistry, 5-7 wardrobe and background changes.
• It can be a half-day in the studio or an all-day studio/multiple-location session to cover all of your needs. This is a digital package with 10-100+ images, depending on the package you choose, with professional retouching of your chosen portraits.
